Presenting a model for managing the political game of government organization managers

Abstract

Considering the important role that government organizations have in providing services and supply needs of citizens and gaining their satisfaction and participation, presenting a model in order to accurately identify and categorize political games and determine the factors influencing the occurrence of these behaviors in providing a sense of security Career, improving the ability to do work in order to create a sense of competence, increasing trust in the relationship between managers and employees in order to reduce its negative effects is very useful for organizations. This research was conducted with the aim of providing a model for managing the political game of managers in government organizations in Iran. The research was developmental-applied in terms of its purpose. It is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of the nature of the data. The data were collected using a descriptive (content analysis method)-survey (Delphi) method. In the qualitative section, a statistical sample of 105 studies was selected, which was selected using a purposeful method. The data collection tool was check writers. and behavioral factors were extracted. In the quantitative part, the codes obtained using the Delphi method were examined by 14 experts who were selected using the snowball method. The data collection tool was the Delphi questionnaire. Then, the percentage of experts' agreement was determined using the Kendall coefficient in SPSS software, which showed that the model has high validity. Extracting 3 organizing themes for the political game management model in government organizations showed that political game management should be done with respect to 3 groups of structural, contextual, and behavioral factors so that organizations can have efficient human resource management with the power to control and provide feedback.
