Abstract

Background & Purpose: Considering the important role of international businesses in the economy and management of countries, identifying the competencies needed by entrepreneurs active in this field can make a significant contribution to the development of these businesses. The statistical population of the qualitative part included experts in the field of competence and entrepreneurship, and the statistical population of the quantitative part included international entrepreneurs of international companies in Tehran province. In the qualitative part, the purposeful sampling method was used, and in the quantitative part, the simple random sampling method was used. Findings: Based on the analysis of the research data, the implementation model of documenting the experiences of employees included 32 basic themes, 5 organizing themes (the executive process of documentation, human resource requirements, technological requirements, cultural requirements and legal-legal requirements) and an overarching theme in the form of implementation. Also, the quantitative data analysis of the research indicated the appropriateness of the model of documenting the experiences of employees. Also, quantitative data analysis indicated the fit of the qualitative research model.
Conclusion: The mentioned model can be an important basis for attracting, developing and keeping entrepreneurs in businesses active in the international arena. The effective use of the mentioned model will lead to the success of the mentioned people and organizations.
