Presenting a model for the successful implementation of the declaration of the second step of the Islamic Revolution in individual and organizational dimensions in the Air Defense Force

The statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution is one of the most important strategic documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which shows the roadmap of the revolution in the second forty years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Due to the importance of implementing this statement, the main purpose of this study is to design a model for the successful implementation of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution in the Air Defense Force. This research is applied in terms of purpose because it seeks a framework to help implement the second step of the revolution. The method of data collection in this study was library studies and in-depth interviews with experts in the field. The method of this research was multi-foundation data theory, so that after the library studies stage, the variables related to the implementation of the second statement of the revolution were identified and extracted from the literature and research background by content analysis method in the form of two categories of individual and organizational factors. The beginning is based on them. In the next stage, using the results of in-depth interviews with 7 Air Defense experts and using snowball sampling, a model based on the factors presented at both individual and organizational levels has been extracted by the interviewees. Finally, the final model is extracted based on a combination of two models from the theoretical literature and the model from the interviews and is presented in the form of a model consisting of the successful implementation of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution in the Air Defense Force and its implementation results in individual and organizational dimensions.
