Background & Purpose: In modern educational systems, skill learning is both basic and important with science learning and content production, because skill learners gain a deeper understanding of what they have learned by improving their skills and it makes them more efficient in their personal and professional environment. . The current research was conducted with the objective of the pathology of the training plan of the AJA Air Defense Force based on the three-pronged model.
Methodology: The current research is based on a mixed qualitative-quantitative (nested) approach. Field method, semi-structured interview and questionnaire were used to collect data. The statistical population included experts in the field of skill training plan at the level of AJA Air Defense Force. Sampling in the qualitative part was based on the criterion-based purposeful method and in the quantitative part, 12 experts and 15 people were selected as the focal group (trainees/soldiers).To analyze the data, the theme analysis method and MAXQDA 22 software were used, and Friedman's non-parametric test was used to rank the injuries.
Findings: Based on the analysis of research data, 54 basic themes were identified as factors shaping the harm, 17 organizing (Inappropriate cooperation and interaction of internal and external executive factors, lack of training-skill infrastructure, soldiers' reluctance and unwillingness to participate in courses, mismatch between the duration of skills training and the time in service, disregard for the skills training culture in the unit, prioritizing quantity over quality of skills training courses, imbalance between the macro goals and the plan's executive goals, and non-operationalization of incentives, Incomplete information about the project, lack of clarity about the project's goals and work process, lack of attention to emerging skills in the digital and market-oriented era, incomplete legal and financial mechanisms, low quality level of trainers, pressure from new technology, unclear structure and workflow of skills training at the workforce level, lack of standard educational content, high value of work compared to professional work) themes as major harm, and 3 overarching themes as the main branches of harm.
Conclusion: The results of the research showed the damage of "inappropriate cooperation and interaction of internal and external executive agents" in the first rank and the damages of "non-availability of educational-skill infrastructure" and "reluctance and unwillingness of soldiers to participate in courses" as the second rank and The harms of "not matching the duration of skills training with the time during service" and "neglecting the culture of skill training in the unit" are ranked third in importance. Therefore; It is suggested that the AJA Air Defense Force, in addition to paying attention to the identified damages, should take serious and urgent action to fix the priority damages.
