Background and Aim: Neglecting pathology and providing scientific and practical solutions to deal with injuries, especially in security-police organizations, leads to confusion and surprise for decision-makers and an increase in material and spiritual costs. Intersectional decisions and discrete and current-oriented positions that will hinder strategic thinking. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying solutions to deal with injuries caused by aerial missions.
Method: This study was conducted in terms of practical purpose, in terms of mixed methods and in terms of collecting statistics and information in the field. The participants in the qualitative part of the research included the experts of the aviation command and the command of the police drone unit of the entire Islamic Republic of Iran and the number of 16 people, and the statistical population of the quantitative part included all the employees of the aviation command and the command of the Faraja drone unit. The tool for collecting information in the qualitative part of the interview and in the quantitative part was a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze the information in the qualitative part, the theme analysis method was used in the Maxqda software platform, and in order to analyze the data from the quantitative part, the spss software was used.
Findings: It showed that solutions to deal with injuries caused by air missions police can be presented in the form of 51 basic themes, 12 organizing themes and 5 comprehensive themes. Based on the opinions of the respondents in the quantitative section, the identified solutions had sufficient validity.
