Background & Purpose :Today's and future wars based on planning, execution and intelligence increase accuracy, speed and superiority on battlefield. Combat superiority, coordination and decision-making on battlefield depend a lot on capability and quality of situational awareness through use of various sensors of intelligence collection, including signal intelligence and correct distribution of its intelligence. Accurate defense requires a full understanding of the capabilities and technologies used in enemy's radar and communication systems. Therefore, the general purpose of the research is to The most suitable strategies for using sensor signal intelligence in c4isr network.
Methodology: In terms of applied purpose, development, and mixed research method of case-contextual type, the method of collecting library information by studying the existing documents and its tools are reviewing documents, archives, books, using the information available on the Internet and interviews using a questionnaire to obtain the opinions of experts, and the statistical population of the think tank includes fifteen people in total.
Findings: for analyze and present the strategies, using the SWOT matrix to develop a strategy for determining the position of the SPACE matrix and using TOPSIS software to determine priority of the strategies, and the information has been analyzed.
Conclusion: The most important strategies : 1- Design and manufacture of indigenous electronic intelligence sensors with the aim of intercepting, identifying and positioning radars with very advanced and sophisticated technology through use of the scientific capabilities of military and civilian universities and research centers of the country.
2- Designing and manufacturing indigenous communication intelligence sensors with aim of intercepting highly advanced and complex communication systems using scientific capabilities of military and civilian universities and research centers of the country Of signal intelligence sensors.
3- Network-oriented signal intelligence sensors with aim of accurate and real-time identification of threats through remote control of signal intelligence sensors.
