چکیده

زمینه و هدف: جنگ‌های آینده ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و دﮔﺮدﯾﺴﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ دارﻧﺪ، ﻧﻮﻋﯽ اﺑﻬﺎم در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و اﻧﺠﺎم آنﻫﺎ اﯾﺠﺎد گردیده ﮐﻪ درﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ آن، ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن ﺑﺎﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻣﻬﺎر ﯾﺎ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻧﻤﻮدن جنگ را ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺧﺮوج از اﺑﻬﺎم و ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آوردن زﻣﺎن ﺟﻬﺖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ واﮐﻨﺶ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻋﻠﯿﻪ آن‌ در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻗﺮار دﻫﻨﺪ. این تحقیق با هدف ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ جنگ‌های آینده و تبیین راهبردهای آمادوپشتیبانی نیروی پدافند هوایی آجا برای جنگ‌های آینده انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از حیث گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای- کاربردی بوده که به روش آمیخته انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان دارای تخصص در حداقل یکی از حوزه‌های آمادوپشتیبانی، راهبرد، جنگ‌های آینده بوده که با استفاده از روش هدفمند قضاوتی تعداد 54 نفر انتخاب شدند و روش‌های گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بوده است.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل به‌عمل آمده تعداد 9 مولفه و 214 عامل راهبردی (شامل: 30 عامل نیروی انسانی و فرهنگ سازمانی، 37 عامل منابع، قابلیت تجهیزات و فناوری، 45 عامل ساختار، سامانه‌ها و روش‌ها، 29 عامل علم و فناوری، 8 عامل اجتماعی- فرهنگی، 6 عامل سیاسی، 15 عامل اقتصادی، 7 عامل عرضه کنندگان و 37 عامل گروه‌های ذینفع) شناسایی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت راهبردهای آمادوپشتیبانی نیروی پدافند برای جنگ‌های آینده در وضعیت تهاجمی خفیف قرار دارد که به سمت تهاجمی شدید در حال حرکت می‌باشد، بنابراین آمادوپشتیبانی نیروی پدافند هوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران باید برای جنگ‌های آینده راهبردهایی تدوین نماید که با تکیه بر قوت‌ها از ضعف‌ها کاسته و با بهره‌گیری مناسب از فرصت‌های پیش‌رو تهدیدات را خنثی نماید.

Background & Purpose: Due to the high speed and variability of the future wars, a kind of ambiguity has been created in their nature and execution, as a result of which, the commanders should control or stabilize the war in order to get out of the ambiguity and gain time to plan an appropriate response It is a priority give This research was done with the aim of knowing the future wars and explaining the logistics strategies of Aja Air Defense Force for future wars.
Methodology: In terms of data collection, this research was descriptive and in terms of purpose, it was an e-applied development that was done in a mixed method. The statistical population of the research includes all experts and experts with expertise in at least one of the fields of logistics, strategy, and future wars, who were selected using a purposeful method of judgment, and the data collection methods in this research were library and field.
Findings: Based on the analysis, there are 9 components and 214 strategic factors (including: 30 factors of human resources and organizational culture, 37 factors of resources, equipment and technology capabilities, 45 factors of structure, systems and methods, 29 factors of science and technology , 8 socio-cultural factors, 6 political factors, 15 economic factors, 7 factors of suppliers and 37 factors of interest groups) were identified.
Conclusion: The status of the logistics strategies of the Defense Force for future wars is in a mild offensive situation, which is moving towards a strong offensive, therefore, the logistics of the Air Defense Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran must formulate strategies for future wars that rely on the forces from Reduce the weaknesses and neutralize the threats by making proper use of the upcoming opportunities.
