چکیده

زمینه و هدف: جنگ­های آینده ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و دﮔﺮدﯾﺴﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ دارﻧﺪ، ﻧﻮﻋﯽ اﺑﻬﺎم در ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و اﻧﺠﺎم آنﻫﺎ اﯾﺠﺎد گردیده است. درﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ، ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن باید ﻣﻬﺎر ﯾﺎ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻧﻤﻮدن جنگ را ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺧﺮوج از اﺑﻬﺎم و ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آوردن زﻣﺎن ﺟﻬﺖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ واﮐﻨﺶ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻋﻠﯿﻪ آن­ در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻗﺮار دﻫﻨﺪ. این تحقیق با هدف ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ جنگ­های آینده و تبیین راهبردهای آمادوپشتیبانی نیروی پدافند هوایی آجا برای جنگ­های آینده انجام شد. 
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از حیث گردآوری داده­ها، توصیفی و از نظر هدف، توسعه­ای- کاربردی است که به روش آمیخته انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه صاحب­نظران و کارشناسان متخصص در حداقل یکی از حوزه‌های آمادوپشتیبانی، راهبرد و جنگ­های آینده بود که با استفاده از روش قضاوتی هدفمند تعداد 54 نفر انتخاب به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از  روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی برای گردآوری داده­ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل به­عمل آمده تعداد 9 مولفه و 214 عامل راهبردی (شامل: 30 عامل نیروی انسانی و فرهنگ سازمانی، 37 عامل منابع، قابلیت تجهیزات و فناوری، 45 عامل ساختار، سامانه­ها و روش­ها، 29 عامل علم و فناوری، 8 عامل اجتماعی- فرهنگی، 6 عامل سیاسی، 15 عامل اقتصادی، 7 عامل عرضه کنندگان و 37 عامل گروه­های ذینفع) شناسایی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت راهبردهای آمادوپشتیبانی نیروی پدافند برای جنگ­های آینده در وضعیت تهاجمی خفیف قرار دارد که به سمت تهاجمی شدید در حال حرکت می­باشد، بنابراین آمادوپشتیبانی نیروی پدافند هوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران باید برای جنگ­های آینده راهبردهایی تدوین نماید که با تکیه بر قوت­ها از ضعف­ها کاسته و با بهره­گیری مناسب از فرصت­های پیش­رو تهدیدات را خنثی نماید.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: Future wars, due to their speed and high variability, have created a kind of ambiguity in their nature and conduct. As a result, commanders must prioritize mastering or stabilizing the war in order to get out of the ambiguity and gain time to design an appropriate response against it. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding future wars and explaining the strategies of preparing and supporting the Aja Air Defense Force for future wars.
Methodology: This research is descriptive in terms of data collection and developmental-applied in terms of purpose, and it was conducted using a mixed method. The statistical population of the research included all experts and specialists in at least one of the fields of military support, strategy and future wars, and 54 people were selected as a sample using a purposeful judgment method. In this research, library and field methods were used to collect data.
Findings: Based on the analysis, 9 components and 214 strategic factors (including: 30 human resources and organizational culture factors, 37 resources, equipment and technology capabilities factors, 45 structure, systems and methods factors, 29 science and technology factors, 8 socio-cultural factors, 6 political factors, 15 economic factors, 7 supplier factors and 37 stakeholder factors) were identified.
Conclusion: The status of the defense force's preparedness and support strategies for future wars is in a mild offensive state that is moving towards a severe offensive. Therefore, the preparedness and support of the air defense force of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army must develop strategies for future wars that rely on strengths to reduce weaknesses and neutralize threats by taking appropriate advantage of upcoming opportunities.
