Coaching is one of the most important factors in organizational change and increasing the effectiveness of managers and has been considered as a development tool in the government computer organizations sector. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data type and analysis method. The research population is all domestic and foreign scientific sources and databases in the period under study. Meta-synthesis using the seventh-stage method of Sandelowski and Barroso is used to identify components. The Kappa agreement coefficient is used to confirm the reliability of the data obtained from the exploitation. In this regard, the key to the research vocabulary, 340 domestic and foreign sources were identified, which were finally 29 sources in the research portfolio after evaluation and screening to examine the sustainability. Using the content analysis method, using the code 58, the primary code was obtained in the form of 12 concepts: personal culture, personal characteristics, personal skills, knowledge and experience, individual personality, capabilities, structural evaluation and managerial evaluation, decision-making requirements, understanding the real situation and the need for change, and the goal of identifying personality characteristics, and 4 categories including personality characteristics, personality characteristics, and personality traits.
