Background & Purpose: The main goal of the research is to evaluate the educational components that affect the learning of learners based on the virtual environment in the air traffic control simulator.
Methodology: The present research is practical in terms of its purpose and in terms of its nature and method, it is descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population of the research is 250 students of air traffic control, of which 152 were selected based on Morgan's table and by simple random method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis and testing of research hypotheses were done through structural equation modeling technique with the help of Lisrel software.
Findings: The findings of the research showed that all 8 components of abilities required for air traffic simulator training (ability of radio conversations with a coefficient of 0.65; training of coordination method with a coefficient of 0.57; training of writing index tape with a coefficient of 0.48; training of how to deal with emergency situations with a coefficient of 0.62; English conversation skills with a coefficient of 0.69; air rules and regulations training with a coefficient of 0.42; operational instructions training with a coefficient of 0.52 and air traffic management training with a coefficient of 0.59) have a positive and significant effect on the learning of flight attendants.
Conclusion: The efficient and effective use of new educational technologies, including the air traffic control simulator, in the process of educating students requires improving the ability needed to learn through these technologies.
