The growing trend of military science and technology development has directly affected the performance of the military of the countries of the world; In such a way that warfare in the current battlefields requires the training of skilled, experienced and capable soldiers who have the necessary knowledge, expertise and skills in their field and specialty. The main goal of this research is to identify the factors affecting skill education and training in Aja officer universities, which was done as a case study in Khatam Al-Anbiya Air Defense University. This research is applied and its approach is mixed and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The method of collecting the required library and documentary data and its statistical population are the professors and commanders of the student brigade of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University, who is responsible for the training and education of students, and 60 people were selected as a sample with the purposeful sampling method. became After conducting exploratory research and identifying factors through theoretical studies and interviewing experts and distributing questionnaires, using descriptive and inferential statistics analysis methods and SPSS software, 48 factors were identified as effective factors on skill- education and training at Air Defense University. Khatam al-Anbiya were identified and prioritized. The results of this research showed that factors such as "the conformity of education and training with the measures of the Supreme Leader", "attention to upper-level documents and policies and the educational charter" and "the instructions of the comprehensive system of education and training of Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran " and "the existence "Appropriate workshop spaces and use of laboratories and equipment" are the most important factors affecting skill education and training in this university.
