The required data were collected based on the research model through a questionnaire distributed among the staff of this university, and to examine the relationship between variables and test hypotheses, multivariate regression and structural equation model (path analysis) were used. Findings indicate that at 95% confidence level, there is a significant and positive relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning and organizational performance. The results showed that the variable of organizational learning has a significant and positive relationship with organizational performance. In addition, the organizational learning variable plays a mediating role in the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance.
