تأثیر دوسوتوانی یادگیری بر عملکرد نوآوری: تبیین نقش میانجی ظرفیت جذب دانش و نقش تعدیل‌گر خودکارآمدی خلاق

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: در محیط‌های فناورانه و رقابتی، عملکرد نوآوری سازمان‌ها بیش از گذشته به توانایی آن‌ها در تلفیق یادگیری اکتشافی و بهره‌بردارانه وابسته است. با وجود تأکید پژوهش‌های پیشین بر اهمیت دوسوتوانی یادگیری، سازوکارهای تبیین‌کننده تأثیر آن بر عملکرد نوآوری، به‌ویژه نقش ظرفیت جذب دانش و شرایطی که این رابطه را تقویت می‌کند، همچنان به‌طور جامع تبیین نشده است. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر دوسوتوانی یادگیری بر عملکرد نوآوری، با تأکید بر نقش میانجی ظرفیت جذب دانش و نقش تعدیل‌گر خودکارآمدی خلاق در واحدهای فناور مستقر در پارک فناوری پردیس انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه از منظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ استراتژی، توصیفی-پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی با رویکرد کمّی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را واحدهای فناورِ فعال در حوزه خدمات تجاری‌سازی و کسب‌وکار مستقر در پارک فناوری پردیس تشکیل می‌دهند. انتخاب نمونه آماری متناسب با الزامات کفایت حجم نمونه در مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و بر مبنای روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انجام پذیرفت. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد صورت گرفت و ارزیابی مدل مفهومی به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس 3 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که دوسوتوانی یادگیری، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد نوآوری و ظرفیت جذب دانش دارد. همچنین، ظرفیت جذب دانش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد نوآوری داشته و در سازوکار اثرگذاری دوسوتوانی یادگیری بر عملکرد نوآوری نقش میانجی ایفا می‌نماید. در نهایت مشخص شد خودکارآمدی خلاق رابطه بین ظرفیت جذب دانش و عملکرد نوآوری را به طور مثبت تعدیل (تقویت) می‌کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: اثر دوسوتوانی یادگیری بر عملکرد نوآوری صرفاً به ایجاد توازن میان یادگیری اکتشافی و بهره‌بردارانه محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه از طریق ارتقای ظرفیت جذب دانش به عملکرد نوآورانه منتقل می‌گردد و در سطوح بالاتر خودکارآمدی خلاق، این فرایند با شدت بیشتری تحقق می‌یابد. ازاین‌رو، مدیران واحدهای فناور می‌توانند با سرمایه‌گذاری هم‌زمان بر توسعه قابلیت‌های یادگیری، تقویت ظرفیت جذب دانش و پرورش خودکارآمدی خلاق کارکنان، زمینه خلق و تجاری‌سازی موفق‌تر نوآوری‌ها و دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار را فراهم سازند.

Background & Purpose: In today's technology-driven and highly competitive environment, organizations' innovation performance increasingly depends on their ability to balance exploratory and exploitative learning. Despite extensive research highlighting the importance of learning ambidexterity, the mechanisms through which it enhances innovation performance, particularly the mediating role of absorptive capacity and the conditions that strengthen this relationship, remain insufficiently understood. Accordingly, this study aims to investigate the effect of learning ambidexterity on innovation performance by examining the mediating role of absorptive capacity and the moderating role of creative self-efficacy among technology-based firms located in Pardis Technology Park.
Methodology: This study is an applied research in terms of purpose and employs a quantitative descriptive-survey design with a correlational approach. The statistical population consisted of technology-based firms operating in commercialization and business development services at Pardis Technology Park. The sample was selected using convenience sampling while ensuring adequate sample size requirements for structural equation modeling. Data were collected through a standardized questionnaire, and the proposed conceptual model was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS 3 software.
Findings: The results indicated that learning ambidexterity has a positive and significant effect on both innovation performance and absorptive capacity. Furthermore, absorptive capacity exerts a positive and significant influence on innovation performance and mediates the relationship between learning ambidexterity and innovation performance. The findings also revealed that creative self-efficacy positively moderates the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation performance, strengthening the impact of absorptive capacity on innovation outcomes.
Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that the impact of learning ambidexterity on innovation performance extends beyond achieving a balance between exploratory and exploitative learning. Rather, this influence is transmitted through enhanced absorptive capacity, and the effect becomes stronger when employees possess higher levels of creative self-efficacy. Therefore, managers of technology-based firms should simultaneously invest in developing organizational learning capabilities, strengthening absorptive capacity, and fostering employees' creative self-efficacy to facilitate the successful creation and commercialization of innovations and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
