Motivation is the driving engine of human learning to change behavior. Special attention should be paid to factors related to motivation in universities and their impact on the growth and development of human resources. Universities, as organizations that play an essential role in the growth and development of science, culture, and the training of specialized human resources, must continuously improve their educational process in line with scientific and educational developments and in accordance with national and global needs and scales. In this article, some factors affecting students' academic motivation, such as social factors, educational factors, and family factors, have been investigated. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the motivational factors affecting the education of Khatam al-Anbia air defense university students using the structural equation model. This functional-developmental research and the spatial territory of Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense University (pbuh) statistical population of all students of Khatam al-Anbia air defense university (pbuh) and the method of stratified random sampling and questionnaire data collection tool and interviews with academic experts and from The structural equation model has been used to model structural equations in how to formulate the theoretical framework of the research in the form of measurement and structural models. The results indicate that progress in education and learning is the result of various factors, one of the most important of which is motivation. Motivation is the most important condition for learning.
